First things first – the best hero you choose for every map in OW2 depends on various factors. Which character is your “main”, your skill level, quick decision making, and also, the skills and heroes of your opponents. With so many variables, it’s not possible to determine particular heroes for every map that will always do well in matches. But, in this guide, we have mentioned those heroes (Tanks, DPS & Healers) that can prove to have an edge in specific maps due to the location. This list may not match your opinions, but if you are new to the game and not sure who to pick, start with this list. Here are our recommendations for the best characters for each map in Overwatch 2.
Best Heroes for Every Map in Overwatch 2
Here are the maps that can be accessed in Quick Play and Competitive modes in the current rotation. This includes the game types of Control, Escort, Push, and Hybrid. Also, keep in mind that you may have to switch up heroes as the different points in the map are accessed and when it changes from attacking to defending.
