One of the most exciting aspects of TOTK is the Fuse ability. With the freedom to combine materials into any weapon of your choice, the possibilities are endless. However, you must know which materials to choose if you want to create the best Early-game Fuses. So, without wasting any time, let’s take a look at the best Fuse Materials in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

Best Fuse Materials in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

    Amber

One of the best early-game Fuse materials in Zelda TOTK is Amber. The gem can be found inside Rare Ore Deposits and also by beating Rare Stone Talus’. You can keep farming Amber and attach it to any weapon or Tree Branches to get a +4 Damage.

    Diamond

Diamond is one of the rarest gems in the game. These precious ores can be fused with any of your weapons to give them a +25 boost in Damage. However, you will need Diamonds in some of the quests. Since they’re hard to come by, using them as a fusing material in Zelda TOTK will not always be the right decision.

    Ruby

Ruby contains the power of fire which makes it one of the best Fuse materials to use in Zelda TOTK. The precious gem can easily be mined from large ore deposits. Though it provides only +1 Damage, it can cause flame damage to enemies who are prone to fire. It can also bomb enemies in a large area.

    Gleeok Horns

You can get Gleeok Horns from any of the four Gleeoks – Frost, Thunder, Flame or the King Gleeok. The latter has the elemental capabilities of all the three Gleeoks combined into one. The Frost Horn, Thunder Horn, and Flame Horn give the same +30 Damage when fused with other weapons.

    Gleeok Guts

Gleeok Guts are one of the strongest fuse materials in Tears of the Kingdom as they give you a +24 Damage boost. Once you find King Gleeok’s location in Zelda TOTK, you will be able to collect Gleeok Guts after beating him. This material can be picked up after defeating any of the normal Frost, Thunder, or Flame Gleeoks as well. Gleeok Guts can fetch you a lot of rupees if you sell them, but you should use them to upgrade your weapons if you don’t have a better Fuse material.

    Gibdo Bones

Gibdo Bones provide 40+ damage when you use them as a Fuse material for your weapon in Zelda TOTK. However, we’d suggest that you fuse them with arrows as Gibdo Bones break after a few hits.

    Molduga Jaw

Molduga Jaw is another very powerful fuse material in Tears of the Kingdom. When you combine it with a weapon, you will receive a +32 damage boost. This item is dropped after defeating the mini-boss Molduga.

    Silver Lynel Mace Horn

The Silver Lynel drops the best Fuse materials in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. One of them is the Mace Horn which gives Link’s weapon a whopping +51 damage bonus after fusing. Though they can be extremely difficult to beat, it is no doubt worth your time and effort as you will get one of the strongest Fuse materials in the game.

    Silver Lynel Saber Horn

Finally, we have the Silver Lynel Saber Horn which is currently the best Fuse material in Zelda TOTK. Like the earlier material, the Saber Horn can also be dropped after defeating Silver Lynel. Once you complete fusing this horn with any weapon, you will get a stunning +55 damage bonus! That’s more than enough to annihilate the strongest bosses in the Tears of the Kingdom.

That’s all you need to know on all the best Fuse materials that you can use in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. While you’re here and wondering how to detach materials from your weapons, then check out how to Unfuse a weapon without losing your fused material.
