Splatoon 3 Be an Octoling

While many are confused about whether to pick an Octoling or an Inkling, there is no major difference. You can check out Inkling vs Octoling to see more on this. However, if you have come to the conclusion that you want to be an Octoling, this guide will show you how to be one. Here’s how you can be an Octoling in Splatoon 3.

All you have to do is select the Octoling option when you get to select it in the game. After that, you will have to complete the appearance customization of your character. You can choose from various hairstyles and cosmetics available at the time and then have an Octoling ready.

Since there is no gameplay difference between both classes, you won’t have to worry much. You can take part in Turf War and enjoy the game with your team as an Octoling after that. You can also participate in other game modes and enjoy the Splatlands after customization. The difference in personality of an Octoling might also be a reason to pick this class.
