AFK Journey: How To Auto-Walk And Fast Travel

Published Date :

Although AFK Journey is packed with some exciting features and thrilling objectives, it also has a vast map and requires players to get from one place to another, pretty often. Keeping this in mind, once you learn about the in-game mechanics like auto-walk and fast travel in AFK Journey, you will be able to save a ton of time that can be used to complete other challenges.

Both of these processes can be slightly complicated to understand, however, with the help of this guide, you can quickly learn about these useful features in the game.

How to Enable Auto-Walk in AFK Journey

In order to start using auto-walk in AFK Journey, players will have to click on the boot icon that appears on the map once you highlighted or clicked on a landmark/waypoint. After you have done this, you will have to click on the “walking” sign that pops up on your screen.

Enabling this option has its set of advantages and disadvantages. For example, your character will get to the destination without coming across any enemies, which means, your time will be saved. However, once you have activated auto-walk, you won’t be able to collect the loot you would have encountered during your journey. As a result, you won’t get to enjoy the benefits of some rewards you could have collected.

How to Activate Fast Travel in AFK Journey

Apart from auto-walk, another feature that will help you will be fast travel in AFK Journey. It helps players cut short on the time and energy they waste while traveling. To do this you will have to unlock the first Waystone, which is preset in the Holistone region.

After you have two Waystones unlocked, you will be able to seamlessly fast travel from one point to the other. Once you open the map, select the Waystone, click on the downward arrow that appears on the screen and you will be teleported to the particular region you selected.

Furthermore, after you have clicked on a Waystone, you can select the magnifier option and it will show you all the objects, resources, and characters you will interact with. By using this feature, you will be aware of the situations you might come across, as a result, you can make a decision based on that and save time.

We have covered everything you need to know to use auto-walk and fast travel in AFK Journey. If you are interested in learning more about this game, find out how you can increase Guild Activeness, how you can spend Diamonds, and how you get the Confining Spell.
