To begin your search, open the inventory bag and head to the quest items section. Now, find an item called “Potential at its Peak.” The item reads:
“Cradled in rock, at Asgard’s highest height, a seed sleeps in Ymir’s cold grip. Warm it awake, bring it to water, for the old bone to sprout with new life.”

Next, get close to the edge of the mountain, and you will see a pool beneath. All you need to do is take the right aim and throw the seed inside the pool.
Once all this is done, simply dive inside the pool and collect the seed and get it back to Ivaldi. As soon as you collect the seed from the edge of the pool, it will complete the collect root of a mountain ( The Taking Root quest) in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
