- Once you have your Explosive Expert, open the Strategic Map.
- From there, press “O” to go to “Operations”.
- Now, scroll down to the bottom of the Operations list.
- Select the “Craft Ammo” option and assign your Explosive Expert as the “Crafter”.
- Now, click on the “Pick Item” option to craft the ammo you want.
Keep in mind that ammo can only be crafted if you have the required components. You will also need to shell out a small amount of money during each crafting session.
