How Many People Play The Finals? Player Count

Updated Date :

With all the FPS titles taking a stronghold in the genre, The Finals brings a new prospect of FPS to life which has gotten many players excited. Since the game is trending and spreading like a wildfire, it won’t really be a surprise when you find out the active player count of the Finals. And with the game being new, something tells me that this is not really where it will stop.

The Finals has been dominating the Steam Charts and has left Modern Warfare 3 and Baldur’s Gate 3 miles behind in active player count. With a unique nature to the FPS gameplay, it surely is the talk of the community now and might even peak further if the developers get their updates and expansions right.

According to SteamDb, the 24 hour peak active player count for The Finals is 145,329 players. Of course, this is bound to change sooner or later with more players joining the game. Game of the Year Baldur’s Gate 3 currently has an active player count of 80,229 while Modern Warfare 3 has a player count of 119,803 players.

The Finals has witnessed a peak player count of 242,619 players on 10th December 2023. Considering the fact that these are all Steam counts, there could be more players since the game is available via other platforms. Across all platforms, it’s estimated that there are more than 900K current players.

While it is estimated that the number of players will rise soon, it remains to be seen on how many players actually join the game. Since it is a free-to-play game, more players will join soon enough. There are a few crashing and stuttering issues that the developers should address that will help more players to try out the game.

That’s all we have from this guide. If you are playing The Finals, our dedicated section has more such guides that you may find helpful. Do check them out while you are here at Gamer Tweak.
