You can find the Small Brown Trout in AC Valhalla swimming in the rivers of Ledecestrescire, Sciropescire, Lincolnscire, Eurvicscire, Glowecestrescire and Nottinghamshire. Specifically, head to the Afon Hafren River in Sciropescire and use your arrows to shoot at the fish. You may need to make multiple attempts because you can find small Bullhead and other loot here as well.

So, once you have shot a fish, jump into the water and swim towards it. Use your Odin Sight to detect them in the water. With the Odin Sight, you can also separate small fish from larger ones since you only need the small fish for this objective. After looting the fish and you will know what you have caught.

You have to bring 5 Small Brown Trouts to the Wroeken Offering Altar in Sciropescire. It specifies small so make sure that you bring the right fish.
