For the purpose of the fight, it is a good idea to fight with and use characters such as Diluc or Ganyu. These will be able to deal the most amount of damage to Baal.

In between the fight, Baal will kind of take a step back and start charging up. During this, Baal will also start pushing everything and everyone away in Genshin Impact with the help of some purple circles.
