    Days Gone All Melee Skills Tree Details & How To Unlock Best Abilities

    Days Gone All Melee Skills Tree

    All skills in Days Gone focus on three primary attributes of Deacon, Health, Stamina, and Focus. There are around fifteen different upgrades under Melee Skills tree and in this Days Gone skill guide we will give you details on all the benefits you earn by unlocking the best abilities/skills and how the upgrades are helping you in combat. Melee Skills focus more on close-range attacks. To unlock skills you will need Skill points that will be rewarded on earning earn XP. XP comes by killing enemies so more skill more faster you earn skill point and faster you can unlock upgrades.

    Melee Skills Tree & How To Unlock Skills

    1. Escape Artist: Kill smaller Enemies after successfully escaping from a grapple. Requires 1 Skill point to unlock.
    2. Field Repairs: Ability to repair melee weapons with scrap. Requires 1 Skill point to unlock.
    3. Juice Up: Improves the initial recovery and duration of a Stamina Cocktail. Requires 1 Skill point to unlock.
    4. Hard Hitter: Increase the damage of both crafted and found melee weapons. Requires 2 Skill point to unlock.
    5. Busted Lip: Regenerates stamina for every melee kill. Requires 2 Skill point to unlock.
    6. Talk Shit, Get Hit: Ability to perform longer combos with melee weapons. Requires 2 Skill point to unlock.
    7. Lightning Reflexes: Ability to roll quickly to recover from a knockdown. Requires 4 Skill point to unlock.
    8. Bull Rush: Ability to stun a normal human Enemy or Swarmer with a melee attack while sprinting. Requires 4 Skill point to unlock.
    9. The Reckoning: Gives melee weapons a chance for a critical takedown on humans, Swarmers, and Newts. Does not work with Boot Knife. Requires 4 Skill point to unlock.
    10. Just Roll With It: Drastically reduces stamina cost from rolling. Requires 6 Skill point to unlock.
    11. Rock On: Ability to stun weaker enemies by hitting them with a rock. Requires 6 Skill point to unlock.
    12. Home Run: Significantly increases the damage of both crafted and found melee weapons. Requires 6 Skill point to unlock.
    13. Retribution: Increase the chance of a critical hit or takedown by 25%. Requires 8 Skill point to unlock.
    14. Switch It Up: Boot knife combos do twice the normal damage. Requires 8 Skill point to unlock.
    15. Executioner: Ability to stealth attack heavy Freakers. Also adds the ability to kill heavy Freakers and large animals while escaping a grapple. Requires 8 Skill point to unlock.
