There are many resources that you must find and use in order to build and survive. Whether it’s to build a shelter or to improve living conditions, these resources are vital for your livelihood. One of these is gasoline. If you want to make gasoline in Ark: Survival Evolved then this is the guide for you.

How to Make Gasoline in Ark: Survival Evolved

To make gasoline, you will need to place 6 parts of oil, 3 parts of hide, and some fuel like wood, sparkpowder, etc. into the Forge. This can be in the Industrial Forge or the Refining Forge and will take around 30 seconds to create 5 parts of gasoline. Depending on how much gasoline you need, you can use this formula to make and keep it in plenty. However, you can only make 100 Gasoline at a time.

You can also make or craft gasoline from Congealed Gas Ball, Green Gem or Fragmented Green Gem at the Chemistry Bench after learning the Gas Collector Engram. You can then craft the same by using the ‘Craft Gas-Crafted Gasoline’ option. This will then produce standard Gasoline that you will find in the bench’s inventory.

    Uses for Gasoline

Gasoline can be used as fuel for Chemistry Bench, Electrical Generator, Fabricator, Industrial Cooker, Industrial Forge, Industrial Grill, and the Industrial Grinder.

Here are the burn times that you need to keep in mind when using gasoline:

Structure Burn Time for (1 x Gasoline) Burn Time for (100 x Gasoline)
    Chemistry Bench 15 minutes 1day(s) 1hour(s)
    Electrical Generator 1 hour(s) 4day(s) 4hour(s)
    Fabricator 15 minutes 1day(s) 1hour(s)
    Industrial Cooker 15 minutes 1day(s) 1hour(s)
    Industrial Forge 15 minutes 1day(s) 1hour(s)
    Industrial Grill 20 minutes 1day(s) 9hour(s) 20minutes
    Industrial Grinder 15 minutes 1day(s) 1hour(s)
