Since there is no breeding mechanic set in place for Pokemon Go, you will only be able to get 7km eggs through gifts. Once you’ve received an egg as a gift you will have to walk a certain amount of distance till you can hatch it.

You can even use Adventure Sync to track your steps. Pokemon Go Plus is also great as it allows you to lock your phone and walk while the distance continues to be tracked.
