Make sure you level up to Union level 2 to be able to use them.
- Launch Wuthering Waves on your phone or your PC.
- Open the main menu and go to Settings.
- Next, go to Other Settings. It has a wrench icon.

- Click on the Redeem button, and a Redemption Code popup will appear.
