Wormface Locations in Elden Ring
There are more than one locations where you can encounter Wormface in Elden Ring. Here are those locations.
Altus Plateau
Firstly, you can battle Wormface near the Minor Erdtree in Altus Plateau. To reach there quickly, fast travel to Bower of Bounty Site of Grace and start moving in the northeast direction.
Mt. Gelmir
The next location wherein you can find the Wormface in Elden Ring is in Mt. Gelmir. To find it, reach the Road of Iniquity Site of Grace and keep walking to the east until you reach a bonfire. Attack the Burning Putrid Corpse near the bonfire so that it transforms into the Wormface.
Crumbling Farum Azula
Fast travel to the Crumbling Beast Grave Depths Site of Grace. Further, move outside the room and enter the room on the left side to walk down the stairs. After that, use the exit on the left side to reach the elevator. Use that elevator to reach down, from where you need to keep walking in the eastern direction. Keep walking until you find a small stream that takes you to a small pond. Wherein, you will find the Wormface in Elden Ring.
Note – Keep in mind that the Wormface located in Mt. Gelmir and Crumbling Farum Azula does not have any health bars. So, you need to keep attacking it until it falls on its knees.
How to Beat Wormface in Elden Ring (Tips & Tricks)
Before fighting any enemy, you should study their attack patterns carefully. Doing so will help you plan an effective way of countering those attacks. In the case of a Wormface, it has moves that can be countered without putting much effort. Here are all of his moves with effective countermeasures:
- Head Smash – Wormface will smash its head on the ground creating high impact.
- It can be countered by simply rolling out of the way.
- Head Sweep – After smashing its head on the ground, Wormface will sweep its head in the right and left direction to cause damage.
- Simply back off of the way during this attack.
- Death Blight Spew – It will spew a mist of worms that inflicts the Dead Blight Status effect after build-up.
- You can dodge this attack by taking cover behind a tree or any other obstacle.
- Cloud – During this attack, Wormface will spew a cloud that moves slowly causing AoE damage.
- Simply move away from the area affected by this cloud attack.
- Grab – Wormface will run toward the player and attempt to grab him/her.
- You can counter this attack by circling behind its legs and striking a few blows.
While battling Wormface in Elden Ring, make sure you have the Order Healing or Law of Regression. This is because both of these Incantations can help the player get rid of the Death Blight buildup.
Moreover, to withstand the Wormface, you can also equip the Prince of Death’s Pustule. Using this Talisman will increase the player’s Vitality by 90. In addition, it also improves resistance against the Death Blight status effect.
Also, keep in mind that Wormface moves very slowly so you can go behind him and do melee damage. Repeating it a couple of times will get the job done.
