Additionally, their reply on the same tweet states that they have issued a fix now. They have also made it clear, that any ban which happened due to it is temporary.
As for the missing features and areas, they are temporarily disabled. Since the update publish is in progress. You should be able to access all the areas after some time. But in case you still face the issue after the complete update, try these:
- Restart the Roblox app.
- Check your internet speed.
- Log out from the Roblox and log in again.
- Log out from all other devices.
- Uninstall and reinstall the application.
