How to Find and Use Fire Herb in Monster Hunter Rise?

Crafting is a crucial part of Monster Hunter Rising. There are many recipes that will allow you to craft consumables. It will help you to reduce damage by monsters. There are recipes for armor sets and other upgrades. However, one of the consumables you must always remember on Monster Hunter Rise is Fire Herb. It is used for two things, consumables and for armor sets. With dual benefits, it becomes a necessary item in the game, and in this guide, I will share with you how to find and use Fire Herbs.

Fire Herb Location

Fire Herb as per the official definition is a wonderous plant with explosive qualities. Based on the description this herb can be used for crafting explosives and flaming ammo. But it can be used for more crafting some consumables as well as required during the upgrade of certain armor sets. It is a rarity two type item that can be sold for 4.

Monster Hunter Rise Fire Herb

Fire Herb can be found in Shrine Ruins, Sandy Plains, and Lava Caverns. Below is the list of locations along with the area number. Using the co-ordinates below you can search for Fire Herbs and carry around 20 at a time.

  • Shrine Ruins – 5, 13
  • Sandy Plains – 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12
  • Lava Caverns –  3, 5, 9, 12, 14

How to use Fire Herbs?

Fire Herbs is used in crafting Flaming ammos. Also, you can use this item to upgrade weapons like Iron Gunlance II, Secta Nulo Red I, and Heat Lance I. Fire Herb is required in crafting of Melahoa Jacket. It is a low-rank armor set you can craft at the early stage of the game. It’s possible to unlock more slots in the game.
