Confidants are your allies and best friends in Persona 5 Royal, the game focuses a lot on social relationships and it is a given that you need to have a good relationship with your confidants. All Confidant Locations In Persona 5 Royal
Ryuji Sakamoto
Arcana: Chariot
Ryuji Location: To find Ryuji, you will have to find him on the second floor of the school that you attend. You can only find him there during the day and school hours. During off days, to find Ryuji you will have to go to the arcade in Shibuya during the day.
Morgana
Arcana: Magician
Morgana Location: You will meet Morgana automatically as you play Persona 5 Royal’s main storyline and to increase Morgana’s confidant ranking all you have to do is progress in the game.
Ann Takamaki
Arcana: Lovers
Ann Location: Ann is another schoolfriend that you will meet during the main storyline, you will need to meet her at the accessory store in the Shibuya Underground Mall during non-school days.
Igor
Arcana: Fool
Igor Location: You do not have to do anything special to increase Igor’s confidant ranking in Persona 5 Royal.
Caroline and Justine
Arcana: Strength
Caroline and Justine Location: Caroline and Justine accompany Igor but unlike him, to increase their confidant ranking you will need to show them certain personas with specific skills. They will let you know and it is easily doable in Persona 5 Royal.
Sojiro Sakura
Arcana: Hierophant
Sojiro Location: Sojiro is the owner of the Café Leblanc and he will be found behind the bar at night. In the beginning, Sojiro’s confidant ranking is capped at 3. This will increase later on when you progress in the game’s storyline.
Tae Takemi
Arcana: Death
Tae Location: Tae can be found in her clinic in Yongen during day time
Yuuki Mishima
Arcana: Moon
Yuuki Location: Yuuki Mishiba is located on Shibuya Central Street only during the nights, once you progress later on in the game he changes his location to Akihabara during the night. To increase his confidant ranking complete the Mementos he sends you.
Yusuke Kitagawa
Arcana: Emperor
Yusuke Location: To find Yusuke you will have to go to the Underground Walkway during the day. This is located near the drink stand.
Toranosuke Yoshida
Arcana: Sun
Toranosuke Location: Go to Central Square to find him during the nights, you will find him giving speeches. But, before you can unlock Toranosuke as a confidant you will need to take a part-time job at the beef bowl shop and work there a couple of times.
Sadayo Kawakami
Arcana: Temperance
Sadayo Location: You will need to call Sadayo during the night using the payphone in Café Leblanc. You can find the phone near the bar.
Makoto Niijima
Arcana: Priestess
Makoto Location: You will need to go to the library on the third floor of the school during school hours to find Makato. On off days you will find her outside of the school gate.
Futaba Sakura
Arcana: Hermit
Futaba Location: Futaba is found outside Café Leblanc during day times.
Hifumi Togo
Arcana: Star
Hifumi Location: To find Hifumi, you will need to go inside the church during the night time, it is recommended that you take a train to get there.
Ichiko Ohya
Arcana: Devil
Ichiko Location: To find Ichiko you will need to go inside the Crossroads Bar in Shinjuku during the night.
Chihaya Mifune
Arcana: Fortune
Chihaya Location: You will need to go to Shinjuku during the nighttime to find Chihaya. Once there go to her fortune-telling stand located near the main road.
Goro Akechi
Arcana: Justice
Akechi Location: Finding Akechi isn’t that difficult, you will have to go to Kichijoji during the night. You can find him outside the sports bar.
Sae Niijima
Arcana: Judgement
Sae Nijima Location: You will find Sae Nijima as your progress in the main storyline.
Haru Okumura
Arcana: Empress
Haru Location: To find Haru all you have to do is go to the rooftop of the school during school hours.
Munehisa Iwai
Arcana: Hanged Man
Munehisa Location: Simply go to his store in the Shibuya district during the night time.
Shinya Oda
Arcana: Tower
Shinya Location: You will need to go to the arcade to find Shinya, only available during the day.
Kasumi Yoshizawa
Arcana: Faith
Kasumi Location: Like Akeji you will need to go to Kichijoji during the day to meet Kasumi.
Takuto Maruki
Arcana: Councillor
Takuto Location: Go to the first floor of the school practice building on weekdays, you will need to raise Takuto’s confidant ranking to 9 before November 18.
How To Rank Up Confidants Quickly In Persona 5 Royal
Increasing the confidant ranking is easy, all you have to do is spend time with them and have a pleasant time along with the say. You will need to pick answers that match their personality. Make sure that you are there to comfort them as well when they need it.
Another useful tip is to bring the same arcana as the confidant during the battles. This will help you rank up faster and get more experience points. Even while hanging out select the same arcana as the confidant and the confidants will rank up quickly.
