Scarlet & Violet is the latest addition to the 9th Generation of the Pokemon franchise. You now have a huge open-world map of the Paldea region to explore and catch Pokemon. Those who have played previous installments may already know what it takes to catch a rare Pokemon. A lot of grind along with some luck may get you a Legendary Pokemon somehow. In Scarlet & Violet, there are 4 Legendary Pokemon excluding the Koraidon and Miraidon mounts. You may require 8 Stakes to catch each Pokemon which is a total of 32 Stakes for all 4. If you have accidentally knocked out a Legendary Pokemon, it’s better that you wait for at least 10 minutes. Further, restart the game and get to where you found the Legendary Pokemon. There you may able to battle and hopefully catch them without fainting. Moreover, you do not have to worry about losing the location of the Legendary Pokemon Shrine as it will remain there as it is. So that will respawn the Legandries again in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

Also, remember that you can change the time on your Nintendo Switch and make it move 10 minutes forward. Hence, you can directly restart the game without having to wait much. In addition, make sure to use moves like False Swipe to leave the Legendary Pokemon with 1 HP if low on health. So you won’t have to wait for the Legendary Pokemon to respawn again in Scarlet & Violet and directly catch them in the first encounter.
