Every day when you wake up, you see an Eye Icon in the upper right part of your screen. The symbol only appears when you wake from sleep and disappear after some minutes. As many of you might have guessed, this is a bonus you get when you are well-rested. You get a Cozy Boost when you are well rested and these boosts affect your Health, Energy, and Mana. To check what bonus you are getting and when it expires, use these keys:

  • Nintendo Switch: Press R analog stick
  • PC: Press Z key

Health, Energy, and Mana are the three Status Bars in the game. The red heart is Health, the green lightning is Energy, and the blue spiral is Mana. Health is to keep you healthy, Energy is used for activities like farming, and cooking, and Mana is used for spells. When you wake up from sleep, these bars also replenish with the Eye Icon bonus. So utilize them as soon as you wake up.
