Why is My Code Not Working?
If you fail to redeem a code, check the spelling and make sure you’ve completed both character customization and the tutorial. It’s also worth copying the code directly from the list above rather than typing it manually.
If the code is entered correctly and still doesn’t work, it may have expired or already been redeemed on your account. Restarting the game can also help if the redemption system isn’t responding properly.
