Diablo II Resurrected is an Action-RPG game, and like most action-RPG games you can level up your character to upgrade their different skill sets. When you level up your character there are certain aspects or Attributes of them which you can increase. All Attributes in Diablo 2 Resurrected
There are seven different attributes in Diablo 2 Resurrected. They are Vitality, Strength, Dexterity, Stamina, Energy, Life, and Mana. Depending on the type of class of your character you need to focus on leveling up certain attributes and focus less on some other. So let us take a look at the individual breakdown of what each attribute does.
Vitality
This can be used to improve your Life and Stamina. Depending on the class of your character you should determine the number of times you should upgrade it.
Strength
It allows you to equip better and usually heavier gear. And slightly increase the damage you can do when using different weapons. It also allows you to wear hefty armors.
Dexterity
This is your ability to Block when using shields. It increases some damage for ranged weapons like Javelins and Bows.
Energy
Energy lets players know how much Mana they can contain in their Orb. A tip here is that most players don’t have to upgrade this as you get more energy each time you level up.
Stamina
It determines how far your character can run before they have to start walking. This attribute is indicated by a yellow bar, when it is completely depleted you will have to stop for a few seconds till it recharges completely. Stamina is also affected by the type of armor you wear. If you wear light armor you can walk and sprint longer. Alternatively, if your armor is heavy you can’t run much before your stamina runs out.
Life
This is your health bar or the HP. You can use a potion called the Potion of Life from Act 3 to permanently increase your life by +20 HP.
Mana
When you cast spells it uses Mana. You can replenish Mana by using a shrine or when you level up.
How to Upgrade Attributes in D2R
Every time you level up, you get 5 attribute points which you can use to upgrade your Attributes. You can only upgrade Strength, Dexterity, Vitality, and Energy. Depending on your class you should choose which to upgrade. These are the steps to upgrade your Attributes:
- Press the A-Key or C-Key on your Keyboard to open the Character screen.
- Tap on the plus button beside the attribute you want to upgrade.
- Confirm the upgrades.
