While playing Splitgate, you might often have several moments in the game that you would like to replay. In this article, we will show you how to watch replays in the game.

If you want to know how to watch and save replays in Splitgate, keep reading the steps in this article. To watch replays of your Splitgate matches, you will first need to type “%localappdata%”. Make sure to not type the quotation marks when you do so. To do so, first, open the search bar on your PC by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard. Once you do so, type in the folder name mentioned in the first step. When the folder opens up, scroll down until you find the PortalWars folder. Click on this folder. Now, click on the Save folder. Once the Save folder opens, look for a folder titled Demos. This folder will contain all of your replays. You can even change the names of all of your replays. While doing so you will need to remember to leave the ‘.replay’ extension as it is.

To record gameplay in Splitgate, all you need to do is press RS once you are in the after-match screen. You will find this option just when you complete a match in the game. As soon as you enter the said letters, a replay will be saved. To find this replay footage, you will need to go to the main menu. From here, you will need to go to the Career section and then to the Replays section. You will be given the choice to choose which replay you want to play. Additionally, you will also have the option to choose different camera angles for your footage.

How to Remove Replay HUD Overlay?

  • If you are not a fan of the HUD overlay that is often present in replay videos, you can take them off in Splitgate.
  • The HUD display in Splitgate shows you information about kills, names, and times among other things.
  • If you want to remove the HUD, all you need to do is press the F10 key on your keyboard.
  • This will take out the HUD overlay with all of its information, leaving you with just the replay.
