Also, it allows you to recruit the entire city in your team, so there are limits to what you can do in this game. Before we start with the graphic settings please verify Watch Dogs Legion System Requirements. Launch Watch Dogs Legion on your PC first. Then go to Options and click on Video. There are three tabs in this settings. Display, Quality, and Image. If you are having an RTX 2070 Super FE card then you can run Watch Dogs Legion at high settings. The GPU’s performance is outstanding. Under the same Quality tab, you can also run a benchmark and verify the max performance you can drive out on your current build.

Under Display > Video Adapter you can see the name of your graphic card. Along with the total VRMA available at the bottom of the screen. From here go FPS Limit and turn this off. The game will optimize the existing hardware to drive out max fps while playing. But it relies on lots of factors.
