Valorant Guide: How To Get Radianite Points And How Do They Work?

Published Date :

Valorant is a free-to-play multiplayer FPS game by Riot Games which has found quite the following ever since the closed beta version released. You might have come across Radianite points in the game, but are not too sure what they actually do. If you want to know what are Radianite points, how you can get them and how do they work, read this guide until the end.

Valorant Radianite Points Guide – How Do They Work?

These points are different from Valorant points but truly, they work together. Let’s take a look at Radianite points in detail.

What are Radianite Points in Valorant?

Radianite points are basically in-game currency through which can be used to upgrade weapon skins and also get cool visual effects, animations and audio. More content will be added later in the full game, wherein you could possibly use these points. Details are awaited regarding more of these content types.

Once you buy a skin, you will see that there are multiple levels of weapon skins. Each level will provide something new to the weapon. To level it up, you will need to spend Radianite points. You can completely change the look of a weapon with level upgrades.

Note that you cannot unlock agents or tier levels with these points – you need Valorant Points for that.

How do you get Radianite Points?

As of now, you can get Radianite Points in one of two ways. The first way involves playing the game and earning XP in the Battle pass. You will get about 20 points in particular tiers of the Battle pass. Each weapon skin upgrade will cost you about 10 Radianite.

If you want the easier way, then the second option is best suited for you which is buying them from the in-game store with real money. You will have to shell out $20 for 20 Radianite points.

Do your purchases in the beta end up in the full game?

No, your skin purchases will not be available in the full release. Riot Games is going to reset your progress to set the stage for the full launch in Summer 2020. This might be annoying to some, but it makes sense because everyone will start at the same level when the full game releases. Don’t be disheartened though, because you will get the spent Valorant points right back, along with 20% extra.

So, this was everything about Radianite in Valorant. Be sure to find out which are the best agents in Valorant and how to unlock more agents as well.
