Communication is a necessity in all games. In Minecraft, having a Text Chat is kind of a big deal considering that it allows communication as well as commands. If you are in a Server where Commands are allowed then you can execute them under the permissions granted by the Admins. To pull up the Text Chat on PC, PS4, & Xbox, you will need to do the following steps.
- For PC:
- Press / to use the Text Chat.
- To send the Message/Command, press Enter.
- For Consoles:
- Press Right on the D-Pad to use the Text Chat.
- For typing on PS4, press X.
- For typing on Xbox, press A.
- To send the Message/Command on PS4, press R2.
- To send the Message/Command on Xbox, press RB.
