To upgrade your base and get more slots/floors, you need to spend in-game cash. Click on this board next to your designated area, and you will unlock a new slot instantly.
The amount of cash needed will keep increasing with every upgrade, so make sure you have enough cash flow. This is easily possible if you have collected higher rarity Brainrots that generate good money consistently. Here’s the list of all the currently available brainrots if you’d like to take a look.
Your top goals for Brainrots would be Celestials, Secrets, and Cosmics, but if your speed isn’t good enough to reach that area of the map right now, don’t worry. Your focus then needs to shift to earning cash, improving speed, and rebirthing for money multipliers. You can then work toward upgrading your base.

Once you have enough cash, don’t upgrade to a higher floor just yet. First, ensure that all your best Brainrots are on the ground – swap out very low rarity ones and sell those. As your Brainrots start generating thousands per second, you can stop selling them and save them for the next floor. Keep doing this until all of your slots are taken by Mythical and above.
Note that if movement around your base becomes tough with your high speed, click on the Slow Mode toggle on the left side of the screen. This will slow you down so you can access the stairs and upper floors without any issues.
