Unstoppable in Diablo 4 is a status effect that removes, prevents, and breaks through all the crowd-controlling effects. This status effect can be applied through skills, weapons, legendary aspects, and various types of equipment. But while it can be applied to players or characters, your enemies can become unstoppable, too. Except for Necromancers, all the classes have skills that apply this status. Unstoppable status ailment removes and prevents every crowd-controlling (CC) effect against the enemies. You can use Unstoppable in Diablo 4 when you know the odds are against you. If you know that the elite mobs or enemies can impair you using any crowd-control status, using unstoppable can help you prevent it and survive longer.
It can help you break through any crowd-controlled effects dealt by the hordes of enemies. Considering that, if any enemies apply freeze, slow, or chill status effects, you can easily break through using this status effect. You become immune to all the CC effects once this stat applies. In total, there are 11 crowd-control status effects. And they are as follows:

For the Necromancer class, you can use Curative Potion to become Unstoppable for 1 second. In addition to the Necromancer, all the classes can use this Potion to gain this status effect in D4.

Elite enemies can become unstoppable if you repeatedly hit them with any of the CC effects. So, ensure that you are not spamming the elite mobs with crowd control for a balanced play.
No, bosses are not considered unstoppable even though they are immune to most of the crowd-controlling effects. This stat effect is indicated by two broken chains above heads. As the D4 bosses don’t have this icon above their heads always, they cannot be considered to have this status effect. Instead, you can stagger them by filling their stagger bar. Once their bar is full, look for an opening and inflict the preferred crowd-controlled skills to take them down.
