How to Get More New Toys for Camp

Toys are great camping gear, they help you to increase the friendship level between your Pokemon, and the better the bond you have the more abilities you will be able to unlock.

As of now, there seems to be only one place where you can get toys for camping, you will need to go to East Lake Axewell, south of Motostoke, next to the giant staircase, and talk to the NPC Camping King. You can recognize him by the yellow outfit and a big bag. Talk to this NPC and select the option “Rate my Curry Dex, please”.

This allows the NPC to check your Curry and depending on how many you have made before you will be rewarded with a toy. You do need to have a certain number of curries before you can get a toy from the NPC.

How much curries are required to obtain a toy:

  • Fresh Ball – 5 curries
  • Weighted Ball – 10 curries
  • Soothe Ball – 15 curries
  • Mirror Ball – 30 curries
  • Tympole Ball – 50 curries
  • Champion Ball – 151 curries
