After fulfilling both of those criteria, you will also need to get your hands on a minimum of 1 out of 3 tickets needed for a Boss Rush run. Additionally, you will also need to first take part in and successfully complete the Adventure Quest Boss Rush quest. This is basically Ealyn’s Gift Main Quest.
