With the launch of the Destiny 2 Lightfall expansion, plenty of new changes and content have been added to the game. But while the new season 20 calls for new resources, what about the saved-up trial engrams from the previous season? This brings us to the issue faced by several D2 players as they are unable to focus Trials Engrams. Due to this, players cannot redeem and claim any pieces of Trials Gear. But is it because of a new bug, glitch, or a new system by Bungie? Check out our guide on how to fix the Destiny 2 Lightfall Trials engrams not working.
How to Fix Destiny 2 Lightfall Trials Engrams Not Working Issue
You are unable to focus on your saved Trials Engrams due to the new Engram system introduced with Destiny 2 Lightfall update. It’s mainly because all of your Trials engrams are shifted to the Vendor section. You can access and find them by heading to Saint-14, the Trials of Osiris vendor. While your saved Trials engrams still count, you cannot focus or render them.
The Destiny 2 dev team confirmed on their official Twitter account (link) that the Focussing will return on March 24, 2023. But sadly, the saved Trials Engrams from previous seasons cannot be focussed. That being said, you can decrypt your Trials engrams at Master Rahool instead. The dev team also shared that they have updated the way Trials of Osiris engrams work and will be including a game mode in their upcoming update. So, stay tuned for further developments.
It seems like Guardians will have to wait for a while before Focusing engrams for the complete Trials Gear. Nevertheless, we suggest updating Destiny 2 to its latest version when this update comes out. Until then, you can check out the Destiny 2 Lightfall missions and rewards list.
