To clear the Trapped in the Great Tree request in P5S, you will have to reach the Path of Yearning Checkpoint first, which is located in the Tree of Knowledge. From there, you will need to get on the upper area leading you to the Path of Surrender.
After reaching the Path of Surrender, you will need to head over to a path going to the north and then bends south near the Hall of Contracts. There, you will witness a wall of debris, which has a couple of escalators nearby.
Now, you will need to use the Phantom Dash to go up and then take another jump to go higher. Now, you will have to keep going towards the chest until you see a cover point on your right side. Once reached, use the Phantom Dash to go up and find the Donated Desire.
Once you clear the Traped in the Great Request in Persona 5 Strikers, you will be given Master Coffee Recipe as a reward.
