The track suit outfit can be retrieved from a gym that lies in one of the bunkers in Sons of the Forest. However, seeing that there are numerous bunkers that can be entered via the cave entrances, you might wonder which one is it. Keeping that in mind, do remember that you cannot get this early on as you will have to first get the VIP Keycard.
The gym won’t open without the VIP Keycard so make sure you have that in your inventory when you go to get the Track Suit. You will come across the door after heading to the far end of the narrow tunnel. Now, the room that you need to be in will appear as the bright white light at the end of a tunnel. Along with that, there will be grey beds at this location. Once you get the suit, you can equip it from your inventory.
