To complete The Extortionist in Escape from Tarkov, you will need to retrieve an important piece of cargo for Skier. The cargo in question is a suitcase that is full of confidential documents. Doing so will give you Experience Points, cash, and even weapons.
The first thing you will need to do in this quest is to locate the suitcase, which will be with a messenger. You will find that the messenger is dead, meaning you will have to locate his body in order to get the case. To get to his body, you should head to the eastern part of the Customs map via the bridge. Once you do so, go towards the RUAF Roadblock by heading south. This roadblock will be highlighted with a red marker on the map. You will find the messenger’s body located to the north of this roadblock. His body is highlighted with a blue marker on the map. After you locate the said body, you will need to search it for the key. Once you take the key, you will be able to proceed with retrieving the cargo.
The said cargo will be safely hidden inside the messenger’s cabin. This cabin will be highlighted by a green marker on the map. Once you find the cabin, use the key you just found to unlock it and retrieve the document-laden case. Once you get the case, hand it over to Skier in exchange for rewards.
