The Bull King’s Iron Horn is a Mythical drop from a boss that you can find in Bishui cave, which is a secret area in Chapter 5. You will need this material to craft the Bull King’s Armor set which includes a mask, armor, bracers, and greaves. The mask will provide moderate Focus on taking damage and if you are staggered, it provides even more Focus. The Bracers and Greaves give you bonuses of chill and burn resistance and Bull King’s Shan Wen Armor grants good defense and more effects.

How to Get the Bull King’s Iron Horn in Black Myth: Wukong
You can obtain Bull King’s Iron Horn by opening a chest in Cave Depths in Secret: Bishui Cave in Chapter 5.
During the same chapter, you can beat the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast boss to obtain 3 of this material as a drop. Apart from this, it also drops Mind Cores, Fine Gold Thread, Celestial Ribbon, Bishui Beast Bit, and Daoist’s Basket of Fire and Water Curio.
How to Reach the Secret Area of Bishui Cave in Black Myth Wukong
- You need to do the Five Element Carts quest in Chapter 5 to access the secret area.
- When you activate the first shrine which is Ashen Pass I in this chapter, look for the Pale-Axe Stalwart and beat him.
- After that, talk to him and exhaust the dialogue. He will talk about the cart quest and request you to take them down.
- So, you set out on a mission to defeat the Brown-Iron Cart, and the Gray-Bronze Cart after which you need to talk to Pale-Axe Stalwart again.
- The next Carts to find will be the Dead Cart, the Crimson-Silver Cart, and the Rusty-Gold Cart.

Now it’s time to talk to Pale-Axe Stalwart again and trigger a cutscene. After that, you should be able to unlock the secret area of Bishui Cave and you’re ready to progress ahead.
