This is available in the Roblox marketplace store and it is for free, as a result, make sure you wear it before you start with the Bloxxer Secret quest.
Now, once you spawn, you will have to look for the Roblox HQ tower. In order to make your way to this glass building, you will have to cross over the yellow bridge. After you enter the tower, you’ll find a flight of stairs going down, follow this path and get to the bottom.
Towards the end of the hallway, you’ll find a red door titled “VIP.” Luckily, since you have already worn “The Classic VIP” t-shirt, you will easily be able to pass through this door and enter the room.
Inside, you’ll find an arcade room with a Token. Quickly claim the Token and return back so that you can attempt and complete all the other mysterious quests.
