- The Twins
- Use a Mechanical Eye at night to summon this boss.
- The Destroyer
- Use a Mechanical Worm at night to summon this boss.
- Skeletron Prime
- Use a Mechanical Skull at night to summon this boss.
- Mechdusa
- Use Ocram’s Razor on Everything World Seed to summon this boss.
- Plantera
- This boss spawns in the Underground Jungle biome after you defeat Twins, Destroyer, & Skeletron Prime.
- Golem
- Use Lihzahrd Power Cell at Lihzahrd Altar biome to summon this boss.
- Duke Fishron (Optional)
- Fish in the Ocean with Truffle Worm to summon this boss.
