To start the Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) Team Cece or Team Reede quest, visit the Armor Shop in Hateno Village. Here you will see some people outside it, talk with these people until you are invited inside. You will meet Cece and talk with her, but soon you will be interrupted by Reede.

- Leop: Can be found near the village bulletin board outside Cece’s armor shop during the day. In the night, he is at the inn.

- Meeda: Can be found on a farm to the north of the village during the day. At night, he is at his house in the southern part of Hateno Village.

- Dantz: He can be found at the Stables in the Hateno Pasture. This area is in the Northeastern part of Hateno Village.
