You can get your first set of the new Switch Skills from Master Utsushi. After that, you have to reach Master Rank 4 if you plan on unlocking all of them. Here is how you can get all these skills:

    1. Go and talk to Rondine the Trader at the village’s entrance.
    2. This will allow you to start the Sunbreak quests.
    3. But before you can do that, you will first have to defeat a Daimyo Hermitaur.
    4. Doing this will allow you to go to Elgado.
    5. Go to the village and talk to Arena Master Arlow.
    6. Eventually, you will have a conversation with Master Utsushi.
    7. He will give you some switch skills. Remember these are just some skills and not all of them.
    8. You will get to unlock the last skills after you reach Master Rank 4.
    9. Once you reach MR4 you will eventually be sent to Kamura.
    10. After talking to them you will have to go and speak to Master Utsushi again.
    11. This time he will give you all the switch skills in the expansion.
