Lush Reed Island is also known as Trembling Reed Island. Once you make your way to this island (with the help of a ship), you can take part in a PvP quest. This quest will begin 3 minutes after you enter the island. Among the rewards you receive from completing this quest, you will also get your hand on the Island Heart. Additionally, you can also get the Heart by opening random boxes you may come across when exploring the island.
