How to Slide Cancel in Call of Duty Warzone & Modern Warfare
The process is simple to do – first, do a slide while sprinting like you would normally then press the slide button right before it is done. This will help you tactical sprint continuously without losing some stamina, hence giving you a quicker pace. So, to go over it once again, here are the steps to do:
- Tactical sprint
- Next, press the slide button
- Then press the slide button right before the slide ends
- Rinse and repeat

PC Players

We recommend changing the Slide behavior from hold to tap. This can be done in Options > Movement > Behaviors. For controllers, go to Options > Controller > Movement.
