Secret Weapons in Dying Light 2
You’re still here? OK! You might be curious. The name of the secret weapon in Dying Light 2 is “Pan of Destiny”. And as the name suggests, it’s a pan. You will encounter it in the Now or Never story quest in DL 2. Scroll further to find out how to get Pan of Destiny in DL 2.
How to Get Pan of Destiny in DL 2
- You will encounter this secret weapon during the Now or Never story quest. It is the second-last story quest you will have to complete to finish all the story quests.
- As you proceed in the story quest, you will be driven to the leader of Renegades, Colonel for a showdown. You can either fight or use stealth to complete this quest.
- To find the Pan of Destiny, don’t head towards the marker right away.
- You will see a room as you head inside the complex using stairs. You will notice an orange tent covering the view of the room.
- When you enter the room, you will see a caged chicken.
- Interact with the chicken as they will speak to you about why is he/she caged.
- Now surprisingly this chicken is from space and trapped on earth. Why? Because of a missing spaceship part. You need to find this missing part for the chicken to go back home.
- The chicken will mark the location of the missing piece of the spaceship and trigger the Space Cock side quest.

- Now the location that space chicken has marked is far away from your current mission.
- So you can either complete this side quest later or now.
- Once you collect the part, head back to the location.
- As you interact, space chicken will talk you into coming to space with them. Aiden will refuse.
- Can you imagine a space chicken asking you to get along in space during a zombie apocalypse and the game doesn’t trigger the story choices now? The generous space entity returns to the space and rewards you a blueprint called Zotan’s Pan for your help.
- You can redeem this blueprint to obtain Pan of Destiny.
While the secret weapon that is an uncommon throwable does not do much damage, it always returns like a boomerang with each throw. Pretty much like a Mjolnir in a zombie world?
