Use all the trash and unwanted things that you see lying around and throw them into the Reconstitiooter, the best way is to use the cans that spawn each day on the island.
You will get 1 Bait for 10 Slurry, each item has a different value when it breaks down into Slurry. So make sure that you let go of the things that you do not need.
