You can save Nix in Cyberpunk 2077 by either breaking the circuit or connecting with the console next to him and hacking it. When you take the cyberdeck to Nix, he won’t recognize it first but then develop curiosity as he comes to know this belongs to. He will then connect to the cyberdeck to retrieve information.
Once he is connected, his brain will start frying up. Now, for the first option, you will have to scan the wall on the left which will reveal a circuit. Break the circuit and you will save Nix. But, doing this will fry up the cyberdeck and you won’t get anything useful. Hence, it is better to go with the other option.
If you choose to connect with the console beside him to save him, you will have to play a puzzle game and hack the console. Completing the puzzle will save Nix and the cyberdeck too. He will then get the daemons out of the cyberdeck and give them to you.
