As you explore the Undercity Ruins during Act 3, you will find a Skeleton without a head in the middle of Lower City Sewers. Sarin’s Skeleton Puzzle Solution in Baldur’s Gate 3
You can solve Sarin’s skeleton puzzle in BG3 by finding the Skull that fits her skeleton. You can find Sarin’s skull inside the Pouch behind the Silent Monk NPC at the following coordinates:
- X:-156, Y:-945
As the NPC won’t like you fiddling around his items, you must enter Stealth and sneak behind his back. While you can also kill this Mute merchant to grab all the items, you won’t be able to trade or sell items, later. But since the NPC neither turns around nor searches for any missing items, we recommend getting the Pouch with Stealth.
Once you take Sarin’s Skull, a headless ghost will appear triggering a cutscene. Now, head to the Lower City Sewers to complete Sarin’s Skeleton puzzle in BG3. For that, you can teleport to the City Sewers using the Portal on the Map. You can find Sarin’s Skeleton at the following coordinates:
- X:-124, Y:-831
As you interact with Sarin’s skeleton, press the empty box within Menu to open your Inventory. From there, drag Sarin’s skull and place it into the empty box to complete the puzzle. Alongside finding Sarin at Peace, you will also receive rewards for completing this puzzle. They are as follows:

- 250 XP to all the Party Members
- Magic Amulet (Rare) – This amulet offers Innate Fortitude once per Long Rest. You can use a reaction for making an Attack Roll or Saving Throw with an Advantage.
