Sapling Groot Back Bling is a part of Fortnite Battle Pass, that unlocks at Level 32. To reach this part you will have to first complete Groot’s Awakening Challenge. How to complete Rescue Sapling Groot Challenge?
Land at Holly Hedge, an place on the west corner of the map. On the North-West of Weeping Woods and South of Sweaty Sands. After landing on Holly Hedges search for the Nursery which is somewhere in the western part of the area. Look for a greenhouse it is located at the back of a garden shop.
After finding the Holly Hedge Nursery break the potted plants in the area. This will take some time, but after the dust settles down you will see tiny Groot. Collect the cute guy and done. This is how you unlock Sapling Groot back bling in Fortnite Season 4.
You can check the item in your inventory, and apply that in the game.
