Here are all the Safe Codes and Locker Combinations for the RE3 remake:
Downtown Safe Code
- Code: Left 9, Right 3, Left 7 or Left 9, Right 1, Left 8
- Reward: Handgun Dot Sight Attachment
You’ll find this Safe in an upstairs room across the street from the Redstone pharmacy. The clue for this safe is in the Pharmacy itself. Head into the pharmacy and look for an “Aqua Cure” poster on the wall to the left and you’ll find it.
Police Station Shower Room Locker Combination
- Combination: CAP
- Reward: Flash Grenade
You’ll find this locker in the second-floor shower room of the Police Station. The clue for this combination is on a whiteboard before the Operator Room on the first floor.
Police Station Third Floor Locker
- Combination: DCM
- Reward: Assault Rifle Ammo
This locker is in the hallway on the third floor of the Police Station. To get the clue for this combination, look inside the Safety Deposit Room on the first floor. The clue is on a whiteboard to the right of the entrance.
Police Station West Office Safe Code
- Code: Left 9, Right 15, Left 7
- Reward: Hip Pouch
You’ll find this safe in the West Office on the first floor. The clue to this code is in the Safe Room on the ground floor next to the stairs.
Hospital Safe Code
- Code: Right 9, Left 3
- Reward: Assault Rifle Dual Magazine Attachment
This safe is located in the Nurse’s Station. To find the code to this safe, you’ll have to look in the Operations Room on the first floor. However, you’ll need a Hospital ID Card.
