In order to obtain the Rod of the Forgotten Fang, you need to open the door of the Ancient Archives, which gives you access to the Crafting table. Make sure you also have a glider to reach the crafting station. If you already have the crafting materials, use the table to create the Rod of the Forgotten Fang in Fisch right away.

The Spine is relatively more common, even if it’s a Mythical, and can be obtained by fishing anywhere on Ancient Isle.
