If you haven’t visited the area then you can use a quick teleport trap that will lead you to the Dragon Burnt Ruins. However, if you haven’t been there, then follow these steps to get there:
- Exit Limgrave from the Northeast
- Now, head down to the Dragon Burnt Ruins
- There should be a tunnel that goes underground
- Walk forward till you reach a chest
- This chest will reveal a teleporter trap
- Now, you will be led to the Sellia Crystal Tunnel
- From here, turn left
- Walk till the cave turns blueish
- Turn left again from here
- Now, keep going straight
- When the light turns normal, you must turn right
- From here, drop down
- Sit by the bonfire and then take another left
- You will now be outside of the Sellia Crystal Tunnel
- Summon a stead to ride Southwest till you reach the Street of Sages Ruins
- Here, there will be a small hole with stairs that lead to the small room
- Go in and open the door
- You will now see a chest here
- Open the chest to get the Rock Sling
