Returnal: How To Return To Your Ship Helios
The Ship Helios is found in the first biome, the Overgrown Ruins.

To return to the ship go near the hole in the fuselage of the Helios. Here a ‘Triangle’ button prompt will be visible. Click on the button and Selene will crawl into the ship. Once inside the ship, you will see three doors. Out of these, the door to your right is the cockpit. The door immediately to your left will give you access to a bed where you can rest and gain energy. There is one more door here which gives you access to some sort of computer. This computer is instrumental if you want to learn more about Selene and the Helios. You can also go to the Echoing Ruins with this method by simply interacting with the computer.

You can find the Ship Helios on your map. It is marked by a spaceship logo on the map and can be found at the start of Overgrown ruins. You can even return to your ship after you die in the game, which will happen a lot.
