How to Unlock and Recruit Hirelings in BG3?
To unlock & recruit Hirelings in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3), you’ll have to meet Withers who is accessible after reaching Level 3. This NPC can be found in the Richly Adorned Sarcophagus situated in Dank Crypt. To reach Withers you may have to jump through some hoops, but doing so is worth it. That’s because he can not only get you party members but also has the ability to Respec in the game.
